Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No-Show: In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: For cancellations that incur a fee, the balance (after deducting the cancellation fee) will be refunded.
- Non-refundable Rates: Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. We will clearly indicate such non-refundable rates during the booking process.
Modifications
- Changing Your Booking: If you need to change your booking dates or other details, please contact us directly. We will accommodate your request based on availability and our booking policy. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Special Circumstances
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
- For group bookings or events, please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
